1. Though the working hours are there in the defense forces but in fact it is round the clock. 2. In my last job usually I worked 40 hour per week, as per the company norms I will work may it will be 8 or 10 hrs or even more but I will complete all my allocated task with in the time limit and I will never work beyond that, because a good worker can't took more time than the targeted one. 3. How many works hours are complete doesn't matter. I can finish my work that's it. 4. For me, I don't bother about the working hours. First of all, I will learn quickly, plan accordingly thereby I will complete the work with keen interest within the appropriate time because my goal is to finish the work successfully within the deadline, it doesn't a matter about the hours per week. 5. 1. Criticism always gives you an opportunity to correct or improve yourself because if there is no critics, you will work wrong for long without knowing it. I also would like to replace a word criticism to coach. If you are doing something wrong, coach will always correct you, but without the coach, might be you may wrong somewhere & you will not be corrected. However I might have done small mistakes but mistakes make us perfect, I like getting feedback's and take it positively, always try to improve and not to repeat a mistake again. 2. I am an optimistic person. There was situations where in the earlier stages of my career I was criticized for the mistakes I made. But I took it as a constructive feedback, learnt to do the job better the next time. 1. The toughest challenge I ever faced on making choices. I had to make choices between continuing my education after 10th, +2 and searching for a job. I still felt the urge to continue my studies but the situation in which I was placed forced me to give up my studies early and look for a job. Coming from a humble family background, I had to choose to get job and sacrifice my thrust for education at a very early age. 2. Although we all know that life is full of challenges, when it comes to work, my biggest challenge was to consistently provide more than 100% of what was expected in my project suiting to client's requirements.
