1. As far as my company needs me, I will be there at any time, whether it is a weekend or night. But my parents might have some problem as they are very concerned about my security, but I will try to convince them if company assures proper conveyance and security. 2. For me work is most important, if a company wants to my presence, I will be there night or day, I will have no problem in working during Weekends. But for daily basis, I can give my best in the day sifting. 3. By frankly speaking I don't like to work in nights and weekends but during work pressure company needs me I will be ready to work in weekends and night if you give a proper security at night. 4. 1. I am not earning more money because right now I am focusing on my career my first priority is to be gain knowledge as much as I can and expertise with that and I believe once this happened money will follow me and after that it does not matter whether I am on which stage or level. 2. I have started this job just after graduation of my engineering, as experience speaks, I found relevant to work with low pay-scale for getting knowledge of this field. 1. Over qualification does not matter. What matters is minimum required qualification and experience? 2. Sir. I don't think so I am over qualified for the job you're offering because if that would have been the case there would be a chance for further negotiation in terms of higher job level, more salary to be offered to me.
