Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within

1. Promoting trusted employees of yours is good to some extent, but Hiring me at this point of time instead of promoting internal employee is better choice. Because if I am moving from current organization to yours my ideas and thought process in work will be new and effective to your organization that will ultimately leads to mutual growth i.e., for organization and me as well. How do you feel about reporting to a younger person

1. Reporting to younger person does not matter for me because he is there because he has talent and age doesn't matter and at the last I am not reporting to person I am reporting to position. 2. It is the matter of position not the age. So it hardly matters to me. Even I would love to work with intelligent and experienced people doesn't matter of their age. 3. 1. Yes, though I tried to do things in a better way than in the past, but there is always a scope for improvement and nobody is perfect so I feel if I put more and more efforts in my learning things, I might have performed better. 2. 1. Well, first of all I would like to say thankful to my previous company, Where I learned more professional skills such as teamwork, time management, work under pressure. Now this is the time to upgrade my life to new challenging environment to grow professionally and financially. 2. Why have you had so many jobs ??

1. I have experience in two jobs. I worked as a customer service executive in Cochin International Airport, then I worked as content writer in a Web Designing company. I personally learnt a lot from both the jobs which was a very good experience for me. It helped me to develop team spirit, co-ordinate with others working towards the common goal. 2. After completing my education I want a good job in market and at that moment I had also got so many jobs and I accept it because I want to learn set of knowledge and get experience from different work place at my initial stage were I am fresher in market. What is the difference between confidence and over confidence

1. Confidence means I can do it and over confidence means only I can do it. 2. Confidence is ability to do anything but overconfidence is totally spoil our carrier and also give up headweight. 3. Good Attitude or positive attitude for any work called confidence. And Bad Attitude is called overconfidence. 4. Confidence- I can do this work. Overconfidence- Its very easy for me. 5. 1. Mam/Sir. I believe in enjoying every moment of life, and its well said, Beauty lies in beholders' eyes. So the way I perceive tasks will make it seem boring. I prefer to see the world with positive and challenging. So nothing is boring for me. 2. Every job is interesting but it based on ourself to make boring or more interesting job. 3. The most boring job for me is NO JOB as I can not sit idle. 4. In both my jobs as costumer service executive and as a web content writer I never felt the jobs boring. It was really exciting to do the job, like meeting & interacting with new people helping them in their need etc. then writing content for the new websites helped me to develop my creativity. 5.
