Everyone puts lot of hard effort to make any plan, however you know your boss is crazy, go to him applauding him and try to learn his idea why he wants that if you like all good but after listening to him you can put your point. That would help you by two ways boss will understand one thing for sure that you are interested in whatever the plan is and second because of first he would value your plan or words and can be easily convinced. 2. 1. Strong point: He is energetic, he knows how to get work done, management person, adaptability to learn new thing, communication, frank and co-operative during job. Weak point: No one is perfect every person have some pitfalls definitely also he has but I haven't notice because I always consider positive side of person and also I feel I am not a good person to judge him. 2. 1. Promoting trusted employees of yours is good to some extent, but Hiring me at this point of time instead of promoting internal employee is better choice. 1. Reporting to younger person does not matter for me because he is there because he has talent and age doesn't matter and at the last I am not reporting to person I am reporting to position. 2.
